<04-08-2016> SPP1761-Senga (F), around two years old, is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), after a call from Mr. Cheong reporting that a dog gave birth to six puppies last month somewhere in Ka-Ho. She is under Mr. Cheong's responsibility. Anima will support the neuter, provide food for her and the medical care if needed. Please help us to help them! Please de-sex your pets! Anima – August Sad News (SPP1549-Siu Fa)!

<04-08-2016> SPP1549-Siu Fa (F), was rescued by Anima on 17th October 2015, after a call from Mr. Lee reporting that a dog was bitten by other dogs in a construction site. She was sent to a clinic immediately for a small surgery and stayed with us until she recovered and later was put back in the area. We were informed that Siu Fa was found death in the site. According to the witness, Siu Fa got bitten by other dogs and she was seriously injured. We have no capacity to keep all rescued animals with us! We are sorry for that! Anima – August Rescue (C1250 to C1252)!

<04-08-2016> C1250-Fazil (M), one month old, C1251-Ferris (M) and C1252-Fonda (F), both around ten days old, were rescued by Anima on 4th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Wai reporting that three kittens were found in R. de Tin Chon without their mother beside. They were collected to Anima and checked by our vet. They are fostered temporarily by our Supervisor Zoe as they still need milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Wai and Zoe! Please help us to help them! Anima – August Rescue and Sad News (B039-Pabo)!

<03-08-2016> B039-Pabo was rescued by Anima on 3rd August 2016, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a pigeon fell from the sky on the road outside Consulado Geral de Portugal and couldn’t fly anymore. Pabo was sent to a clinic immediately and medication was prescribed. Unfortunately Pabo passed away an hour after arriving Anima. Thanks Mr. Wong! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima – August Rescue and New SPP (SPPC1249-Caramel)!

<03-08-2016> SPPC1249-Caramel (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 3rd August 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Caramel was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. No cat flu symptoms were found through auscultation, but she has ringworm infection over the body and paws. She is staying with us for observation and medication now. Thanks Michele! Anima – August Sad News (961-Antonio)!

<02-08-2016> 961-Antonio (M), was rescued by Anima on 28th November 2012, after a call from a lady reporting that she found a dog stayed alone near R. do Alm. Sergio and not moving at all. He was very scared when we found him. We brought him to Anima and he had been staying with us since that. He was found lying on the floor yesterday morning, very weak and dehydrated. His blood test result showed he was very anemic with high infection and renal problem. He was under IV dripping for few hours then sent to a clinic for consultation. Ultrasound found that there was a mass on the spleen. He had a splenectomy and an enterectomy surgery. The spleen and part of the intestine has to be removed as the tumor was huge. Anima – August Rescue (1763-Typhoon)!

<02-08-2016> 1763-Typhoon (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd August 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a dog was found with a leash near Ka-Ho Village. Typhoon was soaking under the rain and not moving. He was checked by our vet and no microchip was found on him. He was very skinny and has skin problems over his hind legs, body and ears. Anima – August Rescue (C1248-Qoo)!

<02-08-2016> C1248-Qoo (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a kitten was found in front of Edificio Man Fung (Areia Preta), soaking and hardly breathing. Qoo was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. She was very weak and not moving at all. She has hypothermia, malnutrition, dehydration and flea infection. <31-07-2016> Beginning from February 2016, Anima is holding two adoption days outside Anima on the second and last Sunday of every month. Around 30 people have visited us today at Flower City!
