Anima – July Sad News (1756-Canaan)!
1756-Canaan (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 29th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a puppy was found in a carton box in a construction site of MGM, soaking from the rain earlier, shaking and barely moving. We picked up Canaan and she was checked by our vet. Parvovirus test and Distemper test both were negative. She had difficulty in breathing and the gums were pale, right eye was blind. She was sent to a clinic for further consultation and examination. Blood test showed she was anemic. She was staying in clinic under IV dripping. She came back but suddenly collapsed. She went to another clinic that after several examinations suspects could be a bacterial infection that affected the brain or the central nerve system.
