Anima – June New Born Puppies (1746 to 1752)!

SPP1662-Tanmi, around three years and three months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd June 2016 already pregnant and had seven puppies today, 1746-Henley, 1747-Hansel, 1748-Haydon, 1749-Hilton, 1750-Hella, 1751-Honey and 1752-Hena. It is the second time this happen. Now she will be only back if neutered, to be sure that we do not loose her contact again. Welcome to this world! Please help us to help them! Anima – June Rescue (1753-Lavinea)!

1753-Lavinea (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Célia Bras reporting that a dog was found in the Dog Garden of Freguesia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima without a leash and nobody near her. Anima – June Rescue (C1220-Ribena)!

C1220-Ribena (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan around 11:30 pm reporting that a cat, C1220-Ribena, was found in the car park of Tong Wa San Chun and was not able to move. She was sent by Anima immediately to a clinic for an X-ray, where she stayed overnight for observation. Thanks Ms. Chan! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Visky was adopted on 23rd June 2016, by Mr. Chan! SPPC1128-Maxi was rescued in Taipa on 19th February 2016 and was found pregnant before the de-sex surgery on 25th February. Anima – June Rescue (C1219-Temple)!

C1219-Temple (M), around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten, C1219-Temple, was found in a carton box at Calçada da Barra near A-Ma Temple. He was very weak, with hypothermia, couldn’t open the left eye, both eyes got yellowish discharge and a watery nasal discharge too. Thanks Ms. Wong! Please help us to help them! Anima – Macau Foundation Visited Us in June!

Today 18 people visited us, 6 of them from Macau Foundation for making a movie about our work and interview our President! Macau Foundation is our biggest donor and without its support Anima would not be able to financially survive! Our building was built thanks to the generosity of Macau Foundation who financed all, including our old shelter. Macau Foundation helps us every year to pay part of our costs with staff and expenses with animals! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2015, we had 5,768 visitors an increase of 4.7% as compared with 5,511 in 2014! This year, up to May 2016, Anima received 3,270 visitors, an increase of 21.92% as compared with the same period of last year! The number of groups visiting us increased to 29 groups! Two female dogs, SPP1738-Ressie and SPP1739-Ria and a male dog, SPP1740-Reko, all around two years old, and five puppies, around 1.5 months old, SPP1741-Reva, SPP1742-Rilla, SPP1743-Rita, SPP1744-Ren, SPP1745-Renzo, all puppies from Ressie, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) after a call from Mrs. Catarina informing us of the situation of those puppies somewhere in Coloane. They are under Mr. Ieong's responsibility. Anima will support the neuter, provide food for all of them and the medical care if needed. Please help us to help them! Anima – Returned to Nature (B025, B026 and B027)!

B025-Eira (F), a young Peregrine Falcon, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 30th April 2016. As she was injured she was taken to a clinic and must stay there for a while! B026-Yali was rescued by Anima on 9th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a bird was was found unable to fly near the Motor Examination Center in Canal Dos Patos. B027-Goda was rescued by Anima on 13th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Chang reporting that a bird fell from the tree in NAPE and was not able to fly. All were released today by the clinic without our permit! They were supposed to be free anyway, but always with our permit! Fly free my friends!
