Anima – June Rescue (C1216-Tate)!

C1216-Tate (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 10th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Isabelle informing that she used to feed a cat, C1216-Tate, in St. Michael Cemetery that was caught by IACM. C1216-Tate was taken out from IACM, already neutered and with the proper vaccinations. Now he is with us. Thanks Ms. Isabelle! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! June information about animals (1607 and 1608)!

1607-Eerika and 1608-Eemeli were rescued by Anima on 20th December 2015, after a call from Mr. Hoi reporting that a pair of German Weimaraner dogs, were living in his construction site at Estrada de Hac Sa. According to Mr. Hoi, 1608-Eemeli has limping since few months old due to an accident. He needed to be pay very high attention to them in that area as they were always going to the road. They were abandoned by someone when they were three months old. According to Mr. Hoi, the original owner bought them in Germany for the equivalent of around HKD 25,000 each. Anima has placed them in the IACM for adoption but 1608-Eemeli got sick, with systematic diarrhea, and was separated from his sister Eerika. This was a wrong decision from us! Rescue and New Dog under our SPP (SPP1662-Tanmi)!

SPP1662-Tanmi (F), was rescued by Anima on 9th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Lee reporting that SPP1662-Tanmi was found pregnant. SPP1662-Tanmi lives in the construction site somewhere in Cotai and Ms. Lee was used to feed her in that area. SPP1662-Tanmi was caught by Ms. Lee today and delivered to a clinic immediately for an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that the fetus was already around 7 weeks old. SPP1662-Tanmi needs to stay overnight in the clinic. Tanmi is now under our Special Protection Program. Thanks Ms. Lee! Please help us to help them! Anima – June Sad News (C1214-Caelan)!

Caelan left us today, 9th June 2016! C1173-Cheddar (F), was rescued by Anima on 21st April 2016, after a call from Mr. Wai informing that Cheddar fall down from the terrace of Jardim da Victoria (Block H). Our rescue team found Cheddar trapped in a closed terrace of the building. She was collected, checked and dewormed. Cheddar was dehydrated, had fever and gum problems. She was also pregnant! Cubbie was born by Cheddar on 5th June 2016 but died during the process. The other two babies, Caelan and Calla were taken out by surgery. Now Caelan died also. R.I.P. my friend! Anima – June Sad News (C1212-Salmo)!

Salmo left us today, 9th June 2016! C1189-Sabrin (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 10th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Kou reporting that she found a pregnant cat at R. de João de Araujo. Sabrin was picked up by our rescue team and checked by our vet. Her belly was very big and tense, the spirit seemed good, but the ears were dirty. She gave birth to C1208-Sage (M), C1209-Sirus (M), C1210-Shahi (F), C1211-Saber (M) and C1212-Salmo (M) on 31st May 2016. Unfortunately Sage was found dead on 31st May 2016 and now Salmo left us also. R.I.P. my friend! IACM – June Adoption (451-Ivonne)!

451-Ivone was first adopted from Anima on 20 June 2009 and was abandoned in Praça do Tap Seac. Someone found her in the street and delivered her to IACM. After she was adopted again in kennel on 10th April 2015, but we were informed by IACM that Ivone was abandoned in kennel on 18th May 2016. Fortunately, by an old informal policy between Anima and IACM, when we transfer our property to a new adopter our name is internally registered in IACM file. Thanks to our new cooperation with IACM, and because we are completely full, Ivone was subject to Adoption in IACM. IACM has informed us that Ivonne was adopted by Mr. Fung today! Thanks Mr. Fung! Anima – June New Dog under SPP (SPP1735-Frida)!

SPP1735-Frida (F), around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that some dogs in Coloane needed to transfer to another place. According to Ms. Rebecca, there were eight dogs in the site, being Mr. Cheong the person responsible for them in that area. Ms. Rebecca found a place to keep all of them. SPP1731-Fay and SPP1732-Fern were caught on 30th May 2016. Today Frida was caught. She was neutered already. Mr. Cheong will keep trying to catch all of them and move them to that safety place. Anima – June Adoption (C1186-Peer)!

Peer was adopted by Mr. Cai on 6th June 2016! C1186-Peer (M), together with C1184-Pink (F) and C1185-Piritta (F),  were rescued by Anima on 30th April 2016, when they were around one month old, after a call from Ms. Yung reporting that three kittens were found in a cartoon box in Rua 2 (two) of Iao Hon. C1184-Pink, C1185-Piritta and C1186-Peer were checked by our vet and de-wormed. They were being taken care by our Supervisor temporarily as they still needed milk. Peer stayed with us until now. June New Born and Sad News (C1213, C1214, C1215)!

C1173-Cheddar (F), on the time around 10 months old, was rescued by Anima on 21st April 2016, after a call from Mr. Wai informing that Cheddar fell down from the terrace of Jardim da Victoria (Block H). Our rescue team found Cheddar trapped in a closed terrace of the building. She was collected, checked and dewormed. Cheddar was dehydrated, had fever and gum problems. She was also  pregnant! Cubbie was born by Cheddar this morning, half of the body was out but the head was still stuck inside, and had no vital sign when being found. Cheddar was sent to a clinic immediately and Cubbie was confirmed as dead. The other two babies, Caelan and Calla were also  taken out and they are fine and healthy.
