Anima – March Adoption (C1120-Prinston)!

C1120-Prinston was rescued by Anima on 10th February 2016 after a call from Michele reporting that there were dogs biting and killing cats somewhere in Taipa where C1120-Prinston lived. C1120-Prinston was brought to Anima by Michele. Today, C1120-Prinston was adopted by Ms. Iao. Thanks Ms. Iao! Please Adopt and Never buy! Never Abandon your pets! Anima – March Rescue (1661-Jenson)!

1661-Jenson, around four months old, was rescued by Anima after a call from a security guard of a company somewhere in Coloane reporting that a puppy, 1661-Jenson was trapped in the branches inside the company and Jenson had a collar and leash on. According to the guard, 1661-Jenson was almost hit by a truck. Jenson is now staying in Anima. Thanks Mr. Guard!  Never Abandon your pets! Anima – March Adoption (SPP1650-Limona)!

SPP1646-Lambo, SPP1647-Lagoon, SPP1648-Languid, SPP1649-Lafone and SPP1650-Limona, around one month old, and the mother SPP1651-Linna, around two years old, became our SPP dogs since 4th February 2016. They live in a construction site somewhere in Coloane, and the volunteer, Mrs. Yuen is responsible for them in that area. 1630-Kole was born with 1629-Keira, 1631-Kylee, 1632-Skye, 1633-Stammi, 1634-Sorrel, 1635-Bonzel and 1636-Bliss by the mother 1620-Ibbie in Anima on 12th January 2016. 1620-Ibbie was rescued by Anima on 6th January after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that Ibbie was pregnant and living in a construction site in Coloane. 1630-Kole was now adopted by Ms. Mariane. Anima – March New Dog under SPP (SPP1660-Hollis)!

SPP1660-Hollis, around two years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was referred by Ms. Gina reporting that Ms. Catarina found a Chihuahua somewhere in Coloane. According to Ms. Catarina, SPP1660-Hollis was abandoned by the owner, and a man has been taking care of him, but he is only able to feed him every few days. Our rescue team went to check SPP1660-Hollis today. There was a dog house and some blankets for him, but food apparently seemed  not enough. After we verified that there was enough food. No microchip was found on him and we did not see any person around the area who might be taking care of him. However we were informed that  Mr Ho was taking care of  him! March Accommodation of cat under SPP(SPPC1079-Patton)!

SPPC1079-Patton was rescued by Anima after a call from Michele reporting that SPP1079-Patton was found swollen with a wound on the right cheek. Michele, our volunteer of Anima and responsible for the SPP of cats, brought him to Anima. A hole was found in his mouth, the ears are dirty and the gums were red and inflamed. According to Michele, Patton was probably bitten by the dogs in the area as there were several dogs attacking cats recently. Patton is staying with us for medical treatment. Thanks Michele! SPPC1138-Anjos, around four years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima after a call from Michele reporting that Anjos was found skinny, weak and dehydrated somewhere in Taipa. Anjos has skin lesions and hair loss on the back, especially the right limb was red and round. Anjos is staying with us temporarily and Michele will be responsible for him in the area. Anima – March Rescue (C1137-Bosso)!

C1137-Bosso, three years old, was rescued by Anima after a call  reporting that  Bosso was fighting with  other cat at home. On 23rd December 2015, we were contacted by the same owner asking us to collect his two cats as they were always attacking his older cat, C1137-Bosso. We collected one of the two cats, C1090-Shadie at that time. The owner contacted us later referring that C1137-Bosso and the other cat were not fighting anymore. Today, the owner took C1137-Bosso to Anima and told us that Bosso was fighting with the other cat again. Very strange as Bosso was always atacked by the other cat! Even disagreeing, we decided to collect Bosso just like happened with Shadie as the family was not able to handle the situation and one the members is sick!
