Anima – Mong Ha Community Center visited us!

Today 40 people visited us, 12 from Mong Ha Community Center! More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511 visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2015, up to the end of November, we had 5,318 visitors an increase of 5.1% as compared with 5,059 in the same period of 2014! 57 groups of schools, associations and companies have visited us! Anima – December Rescue (SPP1705-Tao Fao)!

SPP1705-Tao Fao was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that SPP1075-Tao Tao was sick. Taken to a clinic she had tick fever and severe anemia. SPP1075-Tao Tao was subject to a blood transfusion. 573-Ting Ting and 1305-Elmo were choose by Anima for being the donors for the blood transfusion. All of them will stay overnight in the clinic. 1599-Siu Fa and 1560 Boss, were accommodated in Anima from the 5th December, by our member Mr. Chan. They went back home now! Thanks Mr. Chan! This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. For dogs, 50 patacas per day and for cats 30 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Non members or non adopters may exceptionally apply for this facility paying double, if we have space. Priority is always given to members and adopters! Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members and adopters! For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas...

C1087-Tanner was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Ho  reporting that he was hit by a car near Iao Hon Market. Our rescue team went to the site and confirmed he was dead.
