Anima–August Sad News (398, C1903)!

<06-08-2022> Sadly, two of our fury friends left us today! 398-Tony (M, 14yrs old) was rescued by us in 2009. Our old Tony was diagnosis with malignancy on the head, and he was under treatment. However, the tumor got bigger and bigger. Recently we found that Tony’s eyes were reddish so we sent him to the vet clinic for checkup. According to the vet, the tumor has spread to the eyes area and was erupted too, the condition was really worse. Sadly, today Tony passed away! C1903-Snowie (F, 8yrs old) was rescued nearby Rua da Gamboa by Anima. In early August, Snowie was found weak than before, she was sent to the vet clinic for further check-up. The vet said Snowie has very high kidney indexes and serious heart problem, and she needed to be hospitalized. But there’s no improvement of her condition. We were informed by the...

Anima–August Rescue (C2737-Chivas)!

<04-08-2022> C2737-Chivas (M), around one month and a half year old, was rescued by Anima on 4th August 2022, after a call from Ms. Kuok reporting that she rescued a kitten, C2737-Chivas, which was wandering between motorcycles near Rua do Tarrafeiro last night. Anima–August Rescue (2460, 2461)!

<03-08-2022> 2460-Cupid (F) and the sibling, 2461-Cypress (M), both around three months old, are now under our SPP program and they were rescued by Anima on 3rd August 2022, from Marble Factory Area. They are under the responsibility of Mr. Fai in their place. 2460-Cupid was sent to the clinic due to a lump on the chest. Cypress was very dirty, and he had to take a shower. Anima–August Sad News (C2147-Lulu)!

<02-08-2022> C2147-Lulu (F, 4yrs old) was rescued from Macau kennel in June 2019. In mid-April this year, Lulu was found very skinny, she was sent to the vet clinic for check-up. According to the vet, Lulu has inflammation of gallbladder and bloody abdominal fluid. Since Lulu was in good spirit, she was returned to Anima for further treatment. Lulu has taken medication for more than a month. Sadly this morning she passed away. Anima will miss her smile and companionship. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–July Sad News (153-YY)!

<29-07-2022> 153-YY (F), one of our senior dogs, got sick recently. She was found not very active, with a hard breathing and fever. In a vet, 153-YY was diagnosed with a tumor in her heart.
