Anima – July Rescue and Sad News of B016-Coal!

B016-Coal was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2015, after a call from Mr. Fung. He was not able to fly! Mr. Fung took care of him in the night before and asked afterwards our help. Anima – July Rescue and Sad News (SPP1474-Oprah)!

As the images are too strong we will not disclose Oprah completely destroyed by a car at Altinho de Ka Ho. Please see her few days before she dies! SPP1474-Oprah was rescued already dead by Anima after a call from Catarina referring that she saw her dead in  Altinho de Ka-Ho near Anima. She was completely destroyed. Oprah lived in a safe area but was moved by the people who manages that area to a different and  risky place! Anima helped to fix the gate to avoid other puppies there to go out night time! Anima – July Adoption (1486-Milk Shake)!

1486-Milk Shake was rescued by Anima on 27th June 2015, after a call from Mr. Chui reporting that a Pomeranian puppy was found dying in the street at Ilha Verde. The puppy had no power to move. 1486-Milk Shake was sent immediately to a clinic by Anima. He was anemic and needed to stay overnight for treatment! After around one month of recovering he was adopted by Taylor. Thanks Taylor! Please Adopt! Never buy! Anima – July Rescue (1504-Dorian)!

1504-Dorian was rescued by Peter that called us. He found Dorian last night in Hac Sa. Peter is one of our many friends. He has adopted 1298-Veronica from Anima. Emma, the wife of Peter, took the animal to Anima for us to check the microchip as this is always the  first thing we  do! Dorian had a microchip and after contacted IACM the owner will collect her at Emma & Peter's house! Thanks Emma and Peter for your kind gesture! This is what we call responsible community members! Anima – July Rescue (SPP1503-Jayne)!

SPP1503-Jayne, around four months old, was rescued by Anima during the feeding time as she was vomiting. She ate some poison, may be a poisonous plant. She was delivered immediately to a clinic as she had internal bleeding and needs to stay there overnight. She is now under our Special Protection Program! Please help them helping us! Anima – July Sad News (C953-Wesley)!

C953-Wesley was rescued by Anima on 22nd May 2015, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that Wesley was found in Patio Da Quina and was bleeding a lot. Wesley was sent immediately to a clinic. He doesn’t have any fracture but some teeth were broken. May be he has fallen down from a balcony as he was very clean. Few days ago he was not feeling well. Sent to a clinic on 25th he died today there! R.I.P. my friend! Never abandon your pet! SPP1308-Ford was rescued by Anima after a call from our volunteer Ms. Lorus reporting that SPP1308-Ford had a wound on his shoulder. Anima – New Life Organization has visited us!

Today 34 people visited us, six were from New Life Organization! More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511 visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2015, up to the end of June, we had 2,972 visitors an increase of 6.3% as compared with 2,796 in the same period of 2014! 32 groups of schools, associations and companies have visited us! Anima –July Adoption (1462-Travis)!

1462-Travis was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2015, together with 1456-Tammy, 1457-Tala, 1458-Talia, 1459-Tessa, 1460-Tasha, 1461-Tamar, 1463-Tiago and 1464-Tora (the mother) after a call from Ms. Ho reporting that eight puppies and the mother were abandoned in a cage in Rua de S. Francisco Xavier. According to the neighbors, the puppies with the mother have been there in a cage from around 5:00am in the morning of that day! The mother and puppies were full of ticks and fleas and 1464-Tora (the mother) was not willing to eat. She was temporarily separated from her puppies until she recovers. The puppies were afterwards being feed at home in groups of four by our supervisor Ms. Zoe and our handler Mr. Ronaldo. Now Travis was adopted by Mrs. Sio. Thanks Mrs. Sio! Please do not buy!
