Anima – April Adoption (1361-Cynthia)

1361-Cynthia, together with 1359-Candle and 1360-Carola were rescued by Anima on December 27, 2014 inside a plastic bag in the bus stop of Pousada de Coloane. SPP1226-Mui Chui is living in a Taipa site. The first time she  was rescued by Anima was on April 26, 2014 as she was not willing to eat and had severe skin problems. She came to us  again one more time and now seems she is getting definitively better. Once recovered she will go back, in order for us to continue to help other animals! Anima – March information about adopted pets in temporary accommodation (1228-Cacao)

Cacao when found and now in Anima in temporary accomodation 1228-Cacao was rescued on May 10, 2014, tight near Taipa Kiang Wu Hospital under a tree in heavy rain. He was all wet under a tree, without food and water. He is a friendly animal seemed living in a home. He was adopted by Alexandre three days afterwards! Now he came back to us for accommodation until the 4th of April! Even full we try our best to help our former pets and our adopters! If you adopt a pet from us and if we have space you may be able to keep them free of charge in the first year of adoption for 15 days maximum! Be active, Please! Help us to help them! T005-Albie, now Mango, was adopted in March 26, 2014 by Diana. He was rescued in 24 of March, 2014, lunch time, under a very hot sunny weather with no protection at all, tied up to a traffic post in Fat Sam street in Taipa, near the Hotel Grandview. Anima – March Visit by the students of Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School

Today 62 people visited us, 30 students from Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School Macau - Evening Section. More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2014, up to the end of February, we have 1,107 visitors an increase of 39.4% as compared with 937 in the same period of 201, when the visitors increased 18%! Anima – March Sad News (521-Ah-Bo)

We are all very sad in Anima. Ah-Bo was in suffer in spite of all the medical attention Anima has provided to him for so long. 521-Ah-Bo was rescued by Anima on October 7, 2010 and our statistics informs us that he should be around nine years but we believe he was older. Someone adopted him before he enters Anima and abandoned him one month afterwards. We have postponed the euthanasia for more one week to give to him a new opportunity to recover. Ah-Bo couldn’t stand up, was shaking, seems in deep pain. He had pain when palpating the back and the hip and total incontinence. He was not able to control his basics necessities and was not able to stand up. Nothing we could do to alleviate his suffer! R.I.P. my good Friend! Never abandon your pet!
