C872-Noah was rescued after a call from Mrs. Lo reporting a cat lying in a construction site at R. do Pagode and not able to move. Taken to a clinic for an X-rays, he had a lumbar fracture, was paralyzed and in suffer. Thanks Mrs. Lo! Never abandon your pet!
