C873-Mocca was rescued on December 27, 2014 inside a carton box, shaking and very weak. She was then immediately taken to a clinic. She had anemia and was dehydrated. After several days of treatment she was already in suffer, losing weight and with kidney failure. The prognostic for the future was to become worst. We decided to finish her suffer. This is not an easy decision and needs always three persons to agree on that, the last one the president of Anima. R.I.P. my friend! Never abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet is cruelty!...

C883-Flo was received by Anima today. Someone gave the cat to someone that has allergy and now can not keep her, that was the explanation given to us. The cat is around 15 years old, de-sexed and came from England with all vaccination updated! She has no teeth at all. We are not happy with that! Please visit her in our B13. Poor Flo! After so many years with her family is now thrown away like an old toy! This is cruelty! People like this should be severely punished!...

C885-Kale and C884-Phune were rescued today. The owner tells that he can not take care of them as he doesn’t have time. He claimed that they are growing up and need too much food that he can’t afford at all. This is another abandonment! Cats are very independent and they ask very few of our time. Feeding a cat is also not expensive providing we give normal dry food!...

C881-Agustin and C882-Aidan were rescued after a call from Ms. Vickie that found Aidan in an abandonment and neglected space near Fundo de Segurança Social. The cat was lying on the floor in the same position for two days. That area was locked and she could not enter. Once informed, our team was able to enter and found instead of one two kittens, C881-Agustin and C882-Aidan. Aidan was dead hanged with a plastic cable used in construction and Agustin was near him “protecting” his body or “asking” why people should be so cruel! Agustin is now with us! Thanks Vicky! R.I.P. my friend! [gallery ids="9597,9595,9596" orderby="rand"]...
