Anima–April Abandonment (C2938-Coconut)!

<30-04-2024> C2938-Coconut (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th April 2024, from IAM as the ex-owner Ms. Cheong contacted previously reporting that she had to abandon the cat due to her child allergies and asthma. Anima–April Rescue (SPPC2935, SPPC2936)!

<30-04-2024> SPPC2935-Jacobina (F), around six years old and SPPC2936-Jessie (F), around one year old, were rescued by Anima on 30th April 2024, after a call from Jockey Club, where both were waiting under the responsibility of Ms. Heffermann, to have a dessex surgery. After surgery, SPPC2935-Jacobina and SPPC2936-Jessie returned safely to her place! Anima and Jockey Club work together in order to save as many animals as possible. Thanks, Ms. Heffermann! Anima–April Rescue (C2937-Pumpkin)!

<30-04-2024> C2937-Pumpkin (F), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th April 2024, after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor with cancer and heart problems, had around 20 cats and he has not been able to take care of them anymore. She asked us help. Anima worked together with AAPAM to help as many animals as possible and C2937-Pumpkin was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise! <26-04-2024> C2934-Apple (M), around seven years old, was rescued by Anima on 26th April 2024, after a call from Mr. Cheng reporting that his neighbor is hospitalized and asked him to help to taking care of his cat. Mr. Cheng claimed that he is always working in other places more often than in Macau. He asked us help. Apple was welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima–April Sad News (C2904-Skippy)!

<24-04-2024> C2902-Nutella (F) and C2903-Nestle (M), around six years old and C2904-Skippy (F), together with C2905-Kraft (M), both 10 years old, were rescued by Anima on 26th January 2024, from the kennel after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor, an old guy named Peter had cancer and heart problems, who lived alone and had around 20 cats at his home now with no conditions. She asked us help. Anima worked together with other associations to rescue all the cats, step by step, as long as we have space. Recently, C2904-Skippy got sick with nasal discharge and not willing to eat. She was sent to a clinic and has been hospitalized. Unfortunately, Anima was informed that Skippy passed away today due to her illness, a severe pancreatitis and advanced age. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Sad News (C2254-Yana)!

<24-04-2024> C2254-Yana (F), one of our senior cats, was found very skinny and with a very bad mouth breath, recently. Health exams showed that C2254-Yana has a severe anemia, pancreatitis, diarrhea due to an intestinal inflammation and needed to be hospitalized. Her health condition was not getting better and Yana passed away in the clinic. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Sad News (1181-Star)!

<22-04-2024> 1181-Star (F), one of our adult dogs, was found inactive, recently. She was immediately sent to clinic as an emergency. After medical exams and according with the vet, it was found a pleural effusion. Her health condition was not getting better and Star passed away in the clinic, due to a heart failure. Anima-Rescue and Deceased (C2933-WuWu)!

<22-04-2024> C2933-WuWu (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2024, after a call from Mr. Tam, reporting that he found a sick cat with weak heartbeat at Beco do Almirante Costa Cabral.
