Anima–March Rescue (C1863-Querida)!

 <16-03-2018> C1863-Querida (F), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 16th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that she found an injured cat C1863-Querida that was suspected fell down from a building in Rua de Barca. She asked us for help. C1863-Querida was sent to a clinic. She was very weak. C1863-Querida is now fostered by our staff Zoe as she needs milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Lam and Ms. Zoe! Anima–March Rescue (C1862-Dag)!

<15-03-2018> C1862-Dag (M), around 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th March 2018, after a call from Mr. Mok reporting that he found a new born kitten C1862-Dag in Rua das Estalagens. He put C1862-Dag in a box and waited for our rescue team. C1862-Dag was collected, checked by us and dewormed. C1862-Dag has upper respiratory infection with sever ocular and nasal discharge. Anima–March Rescue (C1861-Ulla)!

<14-03-2018> C1861-Ulla (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 14th March 2018, after a call from Mr. Chio reporting that a kitten C1861-Ulla was trapped between the fence and the wall in his building last night. He was able to rescue her and kept her for one night. Then he asked us for help. C1861-Ulla was collected and checked by us. C1861-Ulla has skin problems and was in low temperature. <11-03-2018> C1859-Galilea (F) and C1860-Galileo (M), both around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 11th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Lee reporting that two kittens, C1859-Galilea and C1860-Galileo were found in Praça de Ponte e Horta. She asked us for help. C1859-Galilea and C1860-Galileo were checked by us and dewormed. C1859-Galilea has eye infection and eye discharge. C1860-Galileo has pale gum and eye infection too. <10-03-2018> C1858-Benito (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 10th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Kok reporting that a cat, C1858-Benito was abandoned by the shopkeeper of a shop as the owner already left Macau. According to Ms. Kok, C1858-Benito was caged sometimes and the shopkeeper does not want him now. She asked us for help. C1858-Benito was checked by us and dewormed. He was castrated already. Anima–March Rescue (C1857-Alivia)!

<10-03-2018> C1857-Alivia (F), around seven months old, was rescued by Anima on 10th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a cat, C1857-Alivia, was hiding at the back of the air-conditioner in her shop and seemed got injured. The area that C1857-Alivia was hiding, was very deep down away and very difficult to reach her. Our rescue team also contacted the Fire Department for assistance. According to the witness, C1857-Alivia had fallen down from a building and made a loud noise this morning. C1857-Alivia was rescued  was sent to a clinic immediately. The x-ray showed that her left elbow was fractured. She had internal bleeding and has difficulty to breath. According to the vet, surgery can only be performed when her condition becomes stable. <06-03-2018> B092-Sunshine was rescued by Anima on 6th  March 2018, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a pigeon B092-Sunshine was found near the sidewalk of Rua Um do Bairro Iao Hon and was unable to fly. Anima–March Rescue (C1856-Jill)!

<06-03-2018> C1856-Jill (F), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th March 2018,  abandoned outside our Dog Shelter area. C1856-Jill was inside a container bag, hanged on the fence of the Reservoir near our shelter building. She was checked by our staff. She had two wounds on her right thigh and left anus. C1856-Jill was sent to a clinic immediately as the wounds are very deep and large. According to the vet, the wounds cannot be closed by sutures, we need to clean her wounds constantly and be aware of infection. C1856-Jill was diagnosed with cat flu as well. <04-03-2018> C1855-Cassian (M), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Lai reporting that a cat was found in Rua Norte do Patane last night. The cat was very sick and weak, so she asked us for help. C1855-Cassian was sent to a clinic. He was skinny, dehydrated with low temperature, also had feline scabies and dental problems as well. After the prescription of medication at the clinic, C1855-Cassian was collected by us. He was checked by vet and dewormed. He stays at the Cats’ Paradise for quarantine and observation. Anima–March Rescue and Sad News (T011-Nemo)!

<03-03-2018> T011-Nemo was rescued by Anima on 3rd March 2018, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a turtle T011-Nemo was found on the road at Rua da Ribeira do Patane with the shell broken. She asked us for help. T011-Nemo was sent to a clinic immediately. Unfortunately T011-Nemo  passed away after a few hours at the clinic. The death may be caused by severe shell fracture.
