Anima–March Rescue and Sad News (SPP1793-Yaron)!

<03-03-2018> SPP1793-Yaron (M), SPP1794-Yeats (M), SPP1795-Yonca (F) and SPP1796-Yiva (F),  were under our Special Protection Program since 3rd September 2016, when they were all  around two months old . They were the puppies of SPP1761-Senga. They lived in a site at Coloane and Mr. Cheong is responsible for them in that area. Today we were informed that the dead body of SPP1793-Yaron was found in the site. We suspected SPP1793-Yaron died from Canine Distemper. R.I.P. my friend!Please help us to help them! Anima – March Rescue (SPP1704-Dorie)!

<02-03-2018> The mother dog SPP1700-Debbie (F) and her five puppies, SPP1701-Darlin (F), SPP1702-Delina (F), SPP1703-Demi (F), SPP1704-Dorie (F) and SPP1705-Darcy were under our Special Protection Program and were rescued by Anima on 17th April 2016. They lived in Coloane and Mr. Kwok is responsible for them. Recently we found out that SPP1704-Dorie gave birth to five puppies. The puppies are around three weeks old now. We will schedule a date for SPP1704-Dorie to be neutered when she is at appropriate time. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–March Rescue and Sad News (SPP2006-SPP2008)!

<02-03-2018> SPP2006-Jetta (F), around three years old, SPP2007-Juno (M), around two years old and SPP2008-Junius (M), around two years old, under our Special Protection Program now, were rescued by Anima on 2nd March 2018 during the daily feeding in Coloane. SPP2007-Juno and SPP2008-Junius were found with respiratory illness and head trembling. They were sent to a clinic immediately and they were Canine Distemper positive. SPP2007-Juno and SPP2008-Junius stayed at the clinic for treatment. We found the dead body of SPP2006-Jetta in the site as well. Her body was already stiffed and was suspected dead of Canine Distemper. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–March Rescue (B091-Braga)!

<02-03-2018> B091-Braga was rescued by Anima on 2nd March 2018, after a call from Ms. Lei reporting that a pigeon B091-Braga was found on the road of Rua de Bragança and was unable to fly. She asked us for help. B091-Braga was sent to a clinic. B091-Braga was dehydrated and starved. B091-Braga stayed at the clinic and was being force feeding. Thanks Ms. Lei!Please help us to help them! February Rescue and Sad News (SPP1999-SPP2005)!

<24-02-2018> The mother dog, SPP1999-Bea (F), around three years old, with the six puppies, SPP2000-Babak (M), SPP2001-Baako (F), SPP2002-Benita (F), SPP2003-Betsy (F), SPP2004-Bettina (F) and SPP2005-Borbala (F), all around 1.5 months old , are under our Special Protection Program now and were rescued by Anima on 24th February 2018 after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that the mother dog SPP1999-Bea gave birth to six puppies one month ago. Mr. Wong is responsible for them in that area. However he found the puppies became lethargic, tired and not eating, especially SPP2005-Borbala was in high fever, nasal and ocular discharge and with seizure as well. He asked us for help. All of them were sent to a clinic immediately. SPP2005-Borbala passed away when we arrived  the clinic. <23-02-2018> B090-Bravo was rescued by Anima on 23rd February 2018, after a call from Ms. Michele reporting that a Zebra dove B090-Bravo was found  in Taipa and was unable to fly. Anima – February Rescue (SPP1950-Yellow)!

<22-02-2018> SPP1950-Yellow (M), under our Special Protection Program since 16th December 2017, was rescued by Anima on 22nd February 2018 when he was around one year and three months old, after a call from Mr. Ho reporting that SPP1950-Yellow was found unable to move and he was crying in pain. He asked us for help. According to Mr. Ho, he suspected that SPP1950-Yellow was caught  stealing food and was beaten by somebody. SPP1950-Yellow was sent to a clinic immediately. The X-ray showed that he has no bone fracture. He has neurologic problem and refused to eat. SPP1950-Yellow has to stay at the clinic for dripping and observation. Anima–February Rescue (C1853-Aristo)!

<17-02-2018> C1853-Aristo (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 15th February 2018, after a call from the Fire Department regarding a cat that had fell down from a building and got injured. They contacted us for help as it was in a public holiday. C1853-Aristo was sent to a clinic immediately. The X ray showed that C1853-Aristo’s right hind leg was broken and the pelvis had a fracture. C1853-Aristo has to stay in the clinic for treatment and will receive a surgery to fix the broken leg. According to the vet, the pelvis part can be recovered by himself. Thanks Fire Department! Anima–February Rescue (C1852-Axell)!

<16-02-2018> C1852-Axell (M), around 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 16th February 2018 after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten was found alone at the Forte de Mong Ha. She asked us for help. C1852-Axell was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has ocular  and nasal discharge. C1852-Axell is fostered by our staff Ms. Peng now as he still cannot  eat on his own. Anima–February Rescue (C1851-Arlan)!

<16-02-2018> C1851-Arlan (M), around eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 16th February 2018 at the entrance of Cat´s  Paradise when our staff arrived at work. C1851-Arlan was inside a carrier and was  abandoned. He was checked by our vet and dewormed. He is staying at Cat´s  Paradise now for quarantine. Please help us to help them!
