Anima–May Rescue (SPPC1416-Barry)!

<26-05-2017> SPPC1416-Barry (M), with an estimated age of three months old, was under our Special Protection Program when was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2017, after a call Michele, reporting that her friend, Mr. Daniel, found a kitten near Ponte 16 the night before. Barry was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had diarrhea and upper respiratory tract infection. He was fostered temporarily by Michele as he needed medication. He was recued again on 4th April 2017 as he was found with a swollen eye, conjunctivitis and corneal ulceration. He came back on 26th May 2017 as is not willing to move and the spirit was not good. He will stay with us in V8 for observation Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Anima–May Rescue (SPPC1540-Ocean)!

<26-05-2017> SPPC1540-Ocean (M), around five months old, was rescued by Anima on the 19th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa and became under our Special Protection Program (SPP). SPPC1540-Ocean was brought to Anima for consultation and was de-wormed and received the first vaccination. SPPC1540-Ocean was returned to his place after consultation and was under Michele responsibility. He came on 26th May 2017 again and is in our Cats’ Paradise in quarantine! Thanks Michele! <25-05-2017> 1896-Stormy (M), around 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on the 25th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina, informing that the puppy was collected by a friend in Av. Son On, near the bus factory. He was brought to a clinic for check up and dewormed. He was collected by Anima and is staying in A7. Thanks Ms. Gina! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (SPPC1474, SPPC1545, SPPC1546)!

<25-05-2017> SPPC1474-Janice (F), was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 31st March 2017, with an estimated age of two years old. She was pregnant. After she went back to her site, had the kittens and now she was back to Anima for general check up and vaccination. Her two kittens, SPPC1545-Jina (F) and SPPC1546-Jessa (F) were also brought in for vaccination and de-worming. Next vaccination due date will be 8th June. They had been under quarantine in Michele’s home and are all delivered to Cat Paradise for adoption today. They are staying in C11 temporarily. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (C1544-Dallas)!

<24-05-2017> C1544-Dallas (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on the 24th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Leong, informing that she has been hearing a kitten crying for a couple of days above her apartment in Rua Dois do Bairro Va Tai and no sign of the mother cat. She asked for help. We went to check and contacted the fire department for help. C1544-Dallas was rescued. Dallas was checked by our vet and de-wormed. Anima–May Rescue and Sad News (SPP1895-Barbie)!

<23-05-2017> SPP1895-Barbie (F), around four years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), was rescued by Anima on the 23rd May 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan, informing that a dog (SPP1895-Barbie) was in a construction site next to Pou Tai Un Monastery and was hit by a car, seeming paralyzed. Barbie was send to a clinic for consultation and X-ray check. SPP1895-Barbie had severe spinal fracture and a lump in the anal gland and she was in great pain and suffering and nothing could be done to help her. After a call to Mr. Chan explaining the situation, a favorable opinion of the vet who saw her and two Anima board members approval, the last one the President of Anima, Barbie was euthanized. <22-05-2017> C1542-Zion (M) and C1543-Ziva (F), around two months old, were rescued by Anima on the 22nd May 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan, informing that he found two kittens, C1542-Zion and C1543-Ziva, near his working place in Rua do Cunha and no adult cat was seen nearby. Anima–May Rescue (C1541-Haku)!

<20-05-2017> C1541-Haku (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on the 20th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Luk, informing that a cat, C1541-Haku, entered in his working area at Edifício Industrial Chong Fong. He asked us to help as the cat had many fleas. Our rescue team set up a cat trap there yesterday and C1541-Haku was caught today. C1541-Haku was checked by our vet and de-wormed.
