Anima–April Rescue (B065-Amos)!

<29-04-2017> B065-Amos, was rescued by Anima on 29th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Wong, reporting that a baby bird was found in Av. do Dr. Francisco Vieira Machado and was unable to fly. He asked us to help. B065-Amos was sent to a clinic for consultation. He is hospitalized in the clinic for observation, free of charge! Thanks Mr. Wong and Royal Clinic! Anima–April Rescue (C1509-Leslie)!

<29-04-2017> C1509-Leslie (M), around four months old, was rescued by Anima on 29th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Wong, reporting that a kitten was found in Rua do Cunha. He asked us to help. Anima–April Rescue (C1508-Jewel)!

<29-04-2017> C1508-Jewel (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 29th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong, reporting that a kitten, C1508-Jewel, was found in Rua de Malaca, near Golden Dragon Macau, and was sick. He asked us to help. C1508-Jewel was checked by our vet and de-wormed. She was dehydrated and had low temperature. C1508-Jewel is staying in V6 for observation. Thanks Mr. Leong! Anima–April Rescue (C1507-Siu Mic)!

<29-04-2017> C1507-Siu Mic (M), around three years old, was collceted by Anima on 29th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Oscar, from Anihelp, reporting C1507-Siu Mic was rescued by him in Kam Weng Building (Avenida do Ouvidor Arriaga) on 16th April as his left ear was injured. He was sent to a clinic for consultation and was hospitalized since then. He asked us to help as Anihelp has no space. Anima and Anihelp have a cooperation agreement for the welfare of animals, mainly in areas of rescue and adoption. Siu Mic was checked by our vet and internally and externally de-wormed. Anima – April Rescue (SPPC1497 and SPPC1498)!

<28-04-2017> SPPC1497-MJ (F) and SPPC1498-Bub (M) , all around one and half months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP), after being rescued by Anima through Michele on 17th April 2017! They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. Bub had an eye infection. After medication, they were returned to their place and fostered by Michele temporarily. On 28th April 2017, they came back for consultation and for staying with us in Cats Paradise, available for adoption! Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Please don’t be cruel to pets! Anima – April Rescue (SPP819-Gorgor)!

<25-04-2017> SPP819-Gorgor was rescued by Anima on 25th April 2017, after a call from our President asking the rescue team to check the welfare of both Gor Gor and SPP1203-Mui Mui in the place where they live, their houses and bedding conditions. Gorgor became our SPP dog since 17th April 2012. Mui Mui was ok but SPP819-Gorgor had a red spot with hair loss on his hind legs. There was a minor scratch wound on the right thigh. He was brought to Anima and checked by our vet and his wound was cleaned and medicated. He returned to his place! We need SPP volunteers! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Rescue (C1506-Calbee)!

<25-04-2017> C1506-Calbee (F), around six months old, was collected by Anima on 25th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Joana reporting that she rescued Calbee in TDM last night, as she was almost hit by a car. She tried to keep C1506-Calbee in her home, but C1506-Calbee was not getting along with her dog. Ms. Joana asked if we could keep C1506-Calbee. C1506-Calbee was brought to Anima and checked by Ronaldo and de-wormed. There was a scratching wound on her left ear. The wound was cleaned and Calbee got medicated. Anima–April Rescue (C1505-Yoda)!

<25-04-2017> See Yoda when entered Anima and now after the first day! C1505-Yoda (M), around one month old, was collected by Anima on 25th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Adrian reporting that he rescued C1505-Yoda near Escola do Santíssimo Rosário and brought him home overnight. Mr. Adrian tried to feed milk to C1505-Yoda but he was not capable to eat much. C1505-Yoda had severe ocular discharge and was sneezing. Anima–April Rescue (SPP1790-Siu Pak)!

<24-04-2017> SPP1790-Siu Pak (F), around twelve years old, was rescued by Anima on 24th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that SPP1790-Siu Pak was bitten by other dogs and had several injuries. SPP1790-Siu Pak was sent to a clinic immediately. She had a big wound on the inner right thigh, and several punctual wounds all over the body. The wound on the inner right thigh was big and deep, needing a surgery. The wounds on the body have been done long time ago, were infected and smelled bad. She stays in the clinic. Thanks Ms. Peng! Anima–April Rescue and Sad News (1874-Ballon)!

<24-04-2017> 1874-Ballon (M), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 24th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Fong reporting that a dog, 1874-Ballon, was found in Rua da Alfândega and his hind leg was limping. 1874-Ballon was soaked, smelled bad and had skin problems. 1874-Ballon was sent immediately to a clinic for consultation. An X-rays showed his left Achilles tendon was broken. 1874-Ballon had difficulty in breathing, and it was suspected he has pneumonia. 1874-Ballon passed away at night around 11pm. Thanks Ms. Fong!
