<17-08-2016> 1772-Caboy (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima already dead after a call from Mr. Cheang reporting that a body was found outside United Chinese Cemetery. Anima – August Rescue (B041-Tolo)!

<16-08-2016> B041-Tolo was rescued by Anima on 16th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Sio reporting that a pigeon was found under a motorcycle on Rua Formosa. Tolo seemed injured as there was blood on the street, one of the wing was broken as well. Tolo was sent to a clinic and needs to stay in clinic for observation temporary. Thanks Ms. Sio! August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1770, SPP1771)!

<15-08-2016> SPP1770-Whistle (M), around three years old, together with SPP1771-Fat Boy (M), around 2.5 years old, now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima on 15th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that two dogs were found injured after a fight in the site of MGM last night. According to the guard, Whistle was bitten by seven dogs that  were all living in another site. Whistle and Fat Boy were sent to a clinic for treatment. Multiple holes were found on Whistle’s body, the chest, the abdomen and the left shoulder. As the wounds were very wide and deep, he needed over 60 stitches to close all them up. Whistle had a severe bleeding and is now under IV Dripping. Fat Boy had two wounds on the testicles, the left thigh got a deep hole as well,. He was sutured with eight stitches and castrated today. Anima – August Rescue (C1261-Nobby)!

<13-08-2016> C1261-Nobby (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 13th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a cat entered in the terrace of the building (Jardins Sun Yick) since two months ago. Mr. Chan,  used to feed the cat in that area, asked our help as the building will be  sold. Nobby was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. He is staying with us now. Thanks Mr. Chan! Anima receives sometimes this kind of visitors and our job is to help them to return to a safety place. She was immediately put in the trail nearby Anima. August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1767-Senika)!

<09-08-2016> SPP1767-Senika (F), around seven years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, after a call from a worker in a site somewhere in Ka-Ho, reporting that a dog was found lying on the ground unable to move at all. Her abdomen was very bloated, also full of ticks and fleas on her body. Senika was sent to a clinic immediately for surgery. She is staying in the clinic for observation now. Anima – August Rescue (C1260-Harley)!

<09-08-2016> C1260-Harley (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Dou reporting that a kitten was lying on the street, outside Rio Hotel,  shaking and not able to move. Harley was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. She was severely dehydrated and in low temperature. She is fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Ms. Peng as she needs close observation. Anima – August Rescue (C1259-Yolk)!

<08-08-2016> C1259-Yolk (M), around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 8th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that she heard a cat mewing inside from her car when she was driving yesterday night. She called Police and Fire Department to help. C1258-Burno was taken out from her car’s hood by the fireman then handed over to us yesterday. Today she took out another kitten C1259-Yolk from her car and sent to us. Both of them are fostered temporarily by our supervisor Zoe as they needs milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Mok and Zoe! Anima – August Rescue (C1258-Bruno)!

<07-08-2016> C1258-Bruno (M), around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 7th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that she heard a cat mewing inside from her car when she was driving. She called Police and Fire Department to help. Burno was taken out from her car’s hood by the fireman then handed over to us.
