Anima – August Rescue (C1261-Nobby)!

<13-08-2016> C1261-Nobby (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 13th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a cat entered in the terrace of the building (Jardins Sun Yick) since two months ago. Mr. Chan,  used to feed the cat in that area, asked our help as the building will be  sold. Nobby was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. He is staying with us now. Thanks Mr. Chan! <09-08-2016> S014-Bim, a snake,  was found outside Anima’s cat area on 9th August 2016 by our staff. Anima receives sometimes this kind of visitors and our job is to help them to return to a safety place. She was immediately put in the trail nearby Anima. August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1767-Senika)!

<09-08-2016> SPP1767-Senika (F), around seven years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, after a call from a worker in a site somewhere in Ka-Ho, reporting that a dog was found lying on the ground unable to move at all. Her abdomen was very bloated, also full of ticks and fleas on her body. Senika was sent to a clinic immediately for surgery. She is staying in the clinic for observation now. Anima – August Rescue (C1260-Harley)!

<09-08-2016> C1260-Harley (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Dou reporting that a kitten was lying on the street, outside Rio Hotel,  shaking and not able to move. Harley was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. She was severely dehydrated and in low temperature. She is fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Ms. Peng as she needs close observation. Anima – August Rescue (C1259-Yolk)!

<08-08-2016> C1259-Yolk (M), around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 8th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that she heard a cat mewing inside from her car when she was driving yesterday night. She called Police and Fire Department to help. C1258-Burno was taken out from her car’s hood by the fireman then handed over to us yesterday. Today she took out another kitten C1259-Yolk from her car and sent to us. Both of them are fostered temporarily by our supervisor Zoe as they needs milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Mok and Zoe! <06-08-2016> R029-Panda (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mui reporting that a rabbit was abandoned in Amigos do Jardim Triângulo inside a cage. Panda was sent to a clinic as he was crooked in one side and he was not able to move. His left ear has infection and the left eye has dacryocystitis. He is staying in clinic for treatment now. Anima – August Rescue (1766-Yamato)!

<06-08-2016> 1766-Yamato (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a dog was leashed in Largo do Matadouro and he has a severely wound on his back. Blood test showed that he has anemia and infection. He was sent to a clinic for further examination. He received a surgery to suture the wound with 15 stitches. Anima – August Rescue (C1255 to C1257)!

<06-08-2016> C1255-Peony (F), C1256-Pixie (M) and C1257-Pure (F), all around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 6th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Lo reporting that three kittens fell into a drain at Rua Filipe O’Costa. The kittens were rescued by Fire Department then delivered to a clinic by us. They has severe eyes infection and they need to stay overnight in the clinic for observation.
