Anima – May Rescue (C1206, C1207)!

C1206-Vick (M), around one month old, with C1207-Viggo (M), around three weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 27th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that two kittens were abandoned in a container outside Paróquia de Fátima in Macau. We picked them up and they were checked by our vet. They were weak, skinny and dehydrated. Viggo was in a  more serious situation, he had fleas all over his body and hypothermia. Both of them will be taken care by our cats’ supervisor Ms. Peng temporarily as they still needs milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Leong! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – May Rescue (C1205-Mochi)!

C1205-Mochi (M), around three days old, was rescued by Anima on 25th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Tai reporting that a kitten was found at Rua dos Ervanarios. Mochi was brought to Anima. He was checked and dewormed. He has a little nasal discharge and a small wound near the throat. He will be taken care by our cats’ supervisor Ms. Peng temporarily as he still needs milk feeding. Anima – May Rescue (C1204-Collier)!

C1204-Collier (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 25th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Tam reporting that a cat entered his building near R. do Almirante Sergio two days ago. Mr. Tam took him home because he was skinny. According to him, his wife started showing allergic reactions after living with Collier. Collier was brought to Anima and was checked by our vet. Anima – May Rescue (C1200-Ranger)!

C1200-Ranger (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 21st May 2016, after a call from Ms. Tse reporting that a cat fell down from a building (Edificio San Nam). He had a broken leg and seemed internal injury. Ranger was sent to a clinic immediately. He did an x-rays and the report showed the right hind leg was fracture. Anima – May Rescue (SQ002-Dale)!

SQ002-Dale was rescued by Anima on 19th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Sou reporting that a squirrel fell from the tree and was not able to climb up. Anima – May Rescue (SPPC1194, SPPC1195)!

SPPC1194-Glenda (F), around ten months old, with SPPC1195-Dessa (F), around two years old, were rescued by Anima through Michele on 18th May 2016, after a call  reporting that Glenda was found pregnant and Dessa needed to be de-sexed. They are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). Glenda is staying with us to give birth. Dessa will be returned to her place after de-sex and she will be taken care by Michele. Anima – May Rescue (SPPC1193-Paddy II)!

SPPC1193-Paddy II (M), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 17th May 2016, after a call from her reporting that his mouth smelled bad and seemed painful to eat dry food. He is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). We had to sedate to check him up as he was being grumpy when we touched his mouth. He got very reddish gums with tartar in the premolar and molar teeth. He needs dental scaling ASAP. The mandibular lymph nodes were swollen also. He had fleas all over his body. Anima – May Rescue (1728-Lok Lok II)!

1728-Lok Lok II (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 16th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Isabel reporting that Lok Lok II was staying in a pet shop for long time and he was caged. Almost one year ago, Lok Lok II had been found abandoned and wandering at Estrada de Coelho do Amaral for two days when was caught by IACM. Someone rescued him from IACM and sent him to a pet shop for accommodation. But the pet shop closed down two months ago and Lok Lok II was transferred to another shop. Ms. Isabel used to visit Lok Lok II and took him for a walk, but she noticed that he lost trust on people and became very scared of stick-shaped objects, probably he had been abused before in the first shop.
