Anima–July Rescue (C2729-Emery)!

<15-07-2022> The kitten, C2729-Emery (M), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 15th July 2022, after received a call from Ms. Lai asking if our staff could collect a kitten. The kitten fell between the gasoline pipe lines in Fuel Terminal of Porto de Ká-Hó. Some staff saw C2729-Emery being helplessly blind and skinny, then took him inside their office building. Ms. Lai called us back to ask for help. The kitten was delivered in our Cat’s Paradise and he was sent immediately to a clinic for consultation due to his bad healthy condition. According to the vet, Emery has a problem in breathing and he needs to stay in the clinic for oxygen treatment. Thanks, Ms. Lai! Please help us to help them! Anima–July Sad News (C2727-Astro)!

<14-07-2022> C2727-Astro (M) and C2728-Gai Gai (M), both around one month and six weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 11th July 2022, during our daily activities, when our staff saw that a ginger kitten who seems to be blind was running on the road, outside Coloane’s Prison. Another white kitten was also running around. Both kittens were caught by our rescue team and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Unfortunately, Astro was too weak and passed away today. His body will be later delivered in IAM. Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Never abandon your pets! Anima–July Rescue (2456,2457,2458, 2459)!

<12-07-2022> After the rescue of 2454 Neomycin yesterday, we rescued four more puppies from the same site this evening. We received call from a security guard of the IAM Cemetery that they found some more injured puppies so he looked for our help. Upon arrival, our rescue team found four puppies , 2456-Tanyyuan，2457-Putchaiko ，2458-Naiwongbao and 2459-Xiaolongbao. The mother dog was not around and three of the puppies got wounds on their bodies. We sent them to the vet clinic immediately. According to the vet, there were maggots in the wounds, and it was especially worst for 2456-Tanyyuan, as its tail has been seriously injured. Anima–July Rescue (C2727, C2728)!

<11-07-2022> C2727-Astro (M) and C2728-Gai Gai (M), both around one month and six weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 11th July 2022, during our daily activities, when our staff saw that a ginger kitten who seems to be blind was running on the road, outside Coloane’s Prison. Another white kitten was also running around. Both kittens were caught by our Rescue Team. The ginger kitten, C2727-Astro, was sent to a vet clinic for consultation as both of his eyeballs seemed to have shrunken. According to the vet, he might have an infection before and now he is totally blind. If Astro still have ocular discharge, a surgery to stitch up his eyes is recommended. He stayed together with the white kitten, C2728-Gai Gai in our Cats’ Paradise. Both kittens were dewormed and defleaed. Anima–July Rescue (2455-Neomycin)!

<11-07-2022> 2455-Neomycin (F), around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2022, after a call from a guard reporting that there was an injured puppy in the (IAM) cemetery of Caminho de Tan Fong since yesterday afternoon. Rescue team saw seven puppies were sleeping under some bushes. No one was injured and their mother was nearby barking us. In the afternoon rescue team went there again to check the puppies, the mother ran out from other bushes and it was found an 8th puppy, 2455-Neomycin, lying there with many flies around her back with a big and deep wound. She was sent to a clinic immediately. According to the vet, the wound already had maggots and it needed to be cleaned daily. 2455-Neomycin stayed hospitalized and she will be welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter, after recover. Anima–July Rescue (C2726 Logan)!

<10-07-2022> Another sick kitten was rescued today! Today, we were informed by Ms. Lo that she found a very sick kitten near Kun Iam Tong. The sick kitten, C2726-Logan (M), around 2 months old, was very weak with both eyes covered with sticky discharge. Logan was immediately sent to a private clinic for treatment. According to the vet, Logan was not willing to eat and also had diarrhea with a lot of worms. Logan had to be hospitalized for treatment. Never Abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Anima–July Rescue (C2725-Bubbas)!

<07-07-2022> C2725-Bubbas (F), around one and a half month old, was rescued by Anima on 7th July 2022, after our president Miss Zoe found the kitten in an abandon field in Rua de Kun Iam Tong. Bubbas was full of nasal discharge and she was very week. Rescue team collected the kitten and sent to a clinic. C2725-Bubbas was put under fluids during her treatment. According to the vet, she is willing to eat by herself and was trying to stand on her own later. Bubbas will stay in clinic under veterinary observation. Anima–July Rescue (C2724-BB)!

<06-07-2022> C2724-BB (M), around one year and six months old, was rescued by Anima on 6th July 2022, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei referring that she saw a skinny cat with skin problem at Chun Pek Garden. The cat was later caught by I.A.M. and desexed. C2724-BB received vaccines and he was microchipped. Today, our rescue team brought C2724-BB from Macau Kennel to be welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima–July Rescue (C2723-Yoi)!

<04-07-2022> C2723-Yoi (M), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 4th July 2022, after a call from Ms. Ching referring that there was a kitten stuck on rat glue, at 6th floor of Edf. Industrial Chong Fong and he was meowing all morning. Ms. Ching tried to help by removing the glue, but failed. Our Rescue team went to pick up the kitten and sent him directly to a vet clinic for consultation. C2723-Yoi had the glue removed there. He was dehydrated and had low body temperature. Blood tests showed anemia and inflammation. He will stay hospitalized, under veterinary observation. After recover, C2723-Yoi will be welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, Ms. Ching! Anima–July Rescue (C2723-Chip)!

<01-07-2022> C2723-Chip (M), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 1st July 2022, after a call from Ms. Cheng asking for help as she saw a neck injured cat in Rua da Tercena. Rescue team tried to use the cat trap with no success. Today, Ms. Cheong informed us that C2723-Chip ran into a shop and notice a large wound on the neck.
