Anima – November Rescue (C1074-Petri)!

C1074-Petri was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that a kitten, around four months old, was found in Porto Exterior (external maritime terminal) last night and he had diarrhea. She kept him last night and brought him to Anima today. Thanks Ms. Mok! Never abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Please be gentle with pets! Anima – SPP1578-Veni rescued after serious cruelty!

SPP1578-Veni, now under our special protection program, has been rescued by Anima after several attempts for catching her. This was possible thanks to Dr. António Galvão support who helped us in this rescue. We were trying to catch her from 9th November with no success! Veni was found in a casino construction site (Nova Cidade de Cotai, Gate 54) with a trap in the front right leg. According to Mr. Yum, who is responsible for the dogs in that area, it is the second time this happens and he doesn’t know who does that! It is time to end these cruelty situations! It is time to put in force the law that is being discussed in the Macau Legislative Assembly! Even being, in our opinion, not a good law it is for sure an improvement to the actual environment! Anima – November Rescue and return (1575-Ah Fok)!

SPP1575-Ah Fok, now under our special protection program, was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Pun reporting that a dog was injured in two legs somewhere in Macau. After a consultation in a clinic the X-Rays showed he has a small fracture on his pelvis that will be recovered by itself! Thanks Ms. Pun! Never abandon your pets! Anima – November Rescue (C1069 and C1070)!

C1069-Santino and C1070-Santos were rescued by Ms. Ieong in Amigos do Jardim Triângulo last night. C1070-Santos was adopted by her friend but C1069-Santino was sent to a clinic immediately as his head was injured. He need to stay overnight in the clinic for observation. C1067-Wessel was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Maria reporting that an injured cat was found in Estrada de Cheoc Wan. October Rescue (C1065-Florella and C1066-Floria)!

C1065-Fiorella and C1066-Floria were accepted by Anima even if we disagree with the abandonment of the two pets. Who brought them to Anima referred that his tenant left two cats in his house on 2010. He has taken care of them up to now but because someone in the family has an allergy he can not keep them anymore. This is a recurrent argument used by many members of our community for abandon their pets! We are not stupid but for the sake of those animals we preferred to accept them! Never abandon your pets! If you are sensitive, please do not open! 1573-Trista, still a puppy, was rescued by Anima already dead after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that the body of a  dog  was found in Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança.
