Anima – October Rescue (C1063-Trinity)!

Happy family reunited ! C1063-Trinity, around three years old, the mother of C1055-Tadita, C1056-Taina and C1057-Takisha, was rescued by Anima in the Sam Po Temple. She is staying now in quarantine with their kittens in B13. She will be neutered and later free in the main cat area (B6 to B12 and B18). Never abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Anima – October Rescue (C1055 to C1059)!

C1055-Tadita, C1056-Taina, C1057-Takisha, C1058-Tadeo and C1059-Talon, all few months old, were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Sophie reporting that five kittens were found in a plastic bag at Templo de Sam Po. Anima – October Rescue (1562 to 1565)!

1562-Larrie, 1563-Lora, 1564-Laurel and 1565-Losa, were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Chong referring that a white puppy (1562- Larry) was stuck under the floor board near Ka-Ho barbeque site and asked if we could help. The fire department and the police were called also and as they could not reach IACM (it is a public holiday) they asked us to save the puppies. They are now happy with us even in the extremely difficult situation lived by Anima, without any space at all! Thanks Ms. Cheong and officers from the Police and Fire departments! Anima – October Rescue (SPP1550-Finbar)!

SPP1550-Finbar was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Alex reporting that Finbar, now a dog under our Special Protection Program, living in in a construction site, had an  infection in the eyes  and was limping. SPP1549-Siu Fa was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Lee reporting that Siu Fa, now a dog under our Special Protection Program, was bitten by other dogs in a construction site. Anima – October Rescue (SPP755-Mango)!

SPP755-Mango was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Ah Seng telling that SPP755-Mango was not eating properly. SPP755-Mango was sent to a clinic for a blood test. He has tick fever and will stay with us until he recovers. This is part of our Special Protection Program. We help them but we can not keep them inside Anima for long periods unless on sick or emergencies situations! Mango lives in a construction site with around 60 to 70 other dogs, handled by two full time staff paid by Anima, with all food and medical care paid also by us. They are all in risk as the construction works may begin next year! Anima is not capable in the actual situation to save even few of them! This is a very complicated situation that we assumed to help when we saw so many animals in such precarious situation, to do the best...

Anima – October Rescue (C1053-Brett)!

C1053-Brett was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Pun telling that an injured cat was found in Calçada do Monte last night and delivered to a clinic immediately. We were asked to help because he was not able to keep the cat and could not afford the vet expenses. C1053-Brett did an X-Rays and a blood test in the clinic. She lost the equilibrium, can not  stand up or walk. She has an owner as the nails were properly clipped. Thanks Mr. Pun! Please do like Ms. Pun! Be active! Some people only demands but do nothing! We can help but you must also help us to help them! Anima – October Rescue (B019-Blinky)!

B019-Blinky, an owl, around five months old, was rescued by Anima after a call, night time, by the Comissariado Policial da Taipa (Taipa Police Headquarters) referring that an owl (B019-Blinky) has entered a balcony at Kings Ville. The police asked Anima for assistance. He is now with us in the association area and will be free as soon as we are sure he is ok and capable to take care by himself! Many thanks to the Police staff!
