Anima and IACM again helping each other to save as many dogs as possible
In the past we had many divergences with IACM. Today, we still have but we created with IACM a window of cooperation for the benefit of the animals. We respect each positions and we are trying now our best not to maximize our divergences but to concentrate in our main areas of common positions. We understand that because we are in different situation, Anima do not kill and IACM has not many options than to euthanize. Many SPCAs do that, we must be honest! That is the reason why Anima tells that the new law should consider the deliver of one animal to the kennel, when a family doesn't want the pet anymore, as an abandonment. This situation will force IACM to continue to kill animals as IACM has no physical capacity to get all of them adopted as we do not have also. But by our own decisions we are not authorized...
