Anima–September Rescue (2400, 2401, 2402, 2403, 2404)!

<14-09-2021> Five puppies were rescued by Anima today! 2400-Max (M), 2401-Potter (M), 2402-Esme (F) and 2403-Florence (F), all around three months old and 2404-Snow (F), around four months old, were rescued on 14th September 2021. by Anima, after a call from IAM. They were diagnosed with Babesia (Tick Fever) and are now under treatment in our Dogs’ Shelter. Thank you, I.A.M., for your cooperation! Please help us to help them! Anima-September Rescue (C2624-C2634)!

<11-09-2021> C2624-Alicia (F), C2625-Vargas (F), C2626-Mariko (F), C2627-Morass (F), C2628-Diablo (M), C2629-Flying Tiger (M), C2630-Falcon (M), C2631-Largo (M), C2632-Zola (M), C2633-Beetle (M) and C2634-Tyrant (M), all kittens around six weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 11th September, 2021. The rescue happened after a call from Ms. Chan, who reported to have found the kittens abandoned in a cardboard box at Fortaleza do Monte. They were firstly sent by our team to a clinic for a check-up, as some of them seemed to be struggling to breath. After consultation, all were welcomed into Cats’ Paradise. Anima-September Rescue (C2621, C2622, C2623)!

<09-09-2021> Three siblings of C2620-Miley, named C2621-Matilda (F), C2622-Melina (F) and C2623-Mani (M), all around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 9th September 2021, after another call for help from Ms. Teresa. According to Ms. Teresa, the mother cat has been living near her building for a while and she frequently wandered on the high wall for a rest. C2368-Lazaro was rescued from the same area by Anima on 6th July 2020, C2555-Lollipop was rescued from the same place by Anima on 21st March 2021 and C2620-Miley, the last one, was rescued on 30th August 2021. Ms. Teresa also mentioned that the mother gets pregnant multiple times. We believed that the mother still needs to be neutered. Anima can help by providing sterilization for the mother afterwards and return her back to the former place. C2621-Matilda, C2622-Melina and C2623-Mani are now welcome to our Cat’s Paradise. Anima-September New SPP Dog (SPP2397-Hazel)!

<04-09-2021> SPP2397-Hazel (F), a dog around three years old, is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). Hazel is living under Mrs. So's responsibility in a site in Hac Sa, Coloane. Today, Hazel was rescued, spayed in a clinic and safely returned to her usual site after surgery. These efforts are part of Anima’s commitment to reduce the number of stray dogs in Macau. <30-08-2021> C2620-Miley (F), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 30th August 2021, after a call from Ms. Teresa reporting that a kitten had fallen from a high wall in her enclosure and wandered into her yard. The yard was surrounded by a high wall and a vacant school building is located on the back of the wall. According to Ms. Teresa, the mother cat has been living here for a while and she frequently wandered on the high wall for a rest. It was the fourth kitten that had fallen from her enclosure and two of them, C2368-Lazaro was rescued from the same area by Anima on 6th July 2020, C2555-Lollipop was rescued from the same place by Anima on 21st March 2021. Anima–August Rescue (2392, 2393, 2394)!

<28-08-2021> An injured mommy dog and its two puppies were rescued by Anima! 2392-SuperGirl (F), around two years old, as well as 2393-Peter Pan (M) and 2394-Iron Man (M), both one day old, were rescued on 28th August, 2021. At around 1:15pm, Anima received a call from Mr. Lingkhim, a security guard, reporting to be hearing puppies in the bushes of Cemitério da Nossa Senhora da Piedade. According to Mr. Lingkhim, a colleague has informed him that a mother dog was seen in the Cemetery in the morning with a severe injury on the ear, producing a strong smell. Our rescue team was dispatched to the site and, at first, only managed to find and rescue one new-born puppy (2393-Peter Pan). Anima-August Rescue and Return (SPP2380-Dong Dong)!

<23-08-2021> A mother dog, SPP2380-Dong Dong (F) with around three years old and a father, SPP2381-Michael (M), around six years old, along with their five puppies, all became under our Special Protection Program (SPP) on 26th July 2021, under Mr. Io's responsibility. Today, SPP2380-Dong Dong was sent to a clinic for a desex surgery. Everything went well and Dong Dong got back to her place. Anima will help with the neutering surgeries and promotion for adoption.
