Anima–January Rescue (C2497-Vava)!

<30-01-2021> C2497-Vava (F), a kitten around seven months old, was rescued by Anima on 30th January 2021, following a call from Ms. Luk reporting to have found an injured cat in Calçada do Monte. Our Rescue team was mobilized and Vava was immediately sent to a clinic. X-ray results revealed a mandibular symphyseal fracture. The most frequent causes of mandibular fractures are road traffic accidents or falls from heights. A surgery is required and was already scheduled. Vava is very gentle, has a clean coat and no fleas, so we suspect that she may have an owner. She will stay hospitalized and under close observation. Thanks for the warning call, Ms. Luk! <27-01-2021> C2496-Ronan (M), a kitten around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 27th January 2021, following a handler reporting that he found a dead kitten in Rua da Praia do Manduco, probably hit by a car. Anima–January Rescue (C2495-Oasis)!

<26-01-2021> C2495-Oasis (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 26th January 2021, after a call from Ms. Laura referring that she rescued a kitten last night in the streets of One Oasis. As she notices the kitten shaking, she brought her to a clinic, but was confirmed that she is healthy with no injuries. Ms. Laura cannot keep the kitten, so. She asked us help. <24-01-2021> C2494-Mono (M), a kitten around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 24th January, 2021 following a call from Mr. Lee reporting that a kitten had been found injured in Rua da Ribeira do Patane, probably hit by a car. Anima-January Rescue (from C2484 to C2493)!

<22-01-2021> Ten Cats, C2484-Volker (M), around one year and five months old, C2485-Nathan (M) and C2486-Yuliana (F), both around six months old, C2487-Whitley (F) with C2488-Vina (F) and C2489-FiFi (F), all around one year old, C2490-Floretta (F), around nine months old, C2491-Yeva (F), C2492-Yoshiko (F) and C2493-Vioda (F), all around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd January 2021, after a call from IAM reporting that they were out of space for cats. Anima-January Return (B195-Hua Du)!

<19-01-2021> Today, B195-Hua Du was released back to nature! B195-Hua Du, a pigeon, was rescued by Anima on 16th January 2021, following a call from Ms. Kuan informing that a pigeon flew into her building at Rua do Campo and was trapped on the stairways. Our rescue team was mobilized and Hua Du was rescued and sent to a clinic. B195-Hua Du recovered, and he is ready to go back home! Thank you for the warning call, Ms. Kuan!
