Anima–November Returned to Nature (B058-Twin)!

<29-11-2016> B058-Twin was rescued by Anima on 25th November 2016, after a call from Ms. Valeria reporting that a bird was found unable to fly in the park of The Residencia. Twin was sent to a clinic and stayed in the clinic for observation until now. Twin has recovered and was released today! Fly free my friends! November Rescued and Returned to Nature (B057-Birdie)!

<24-11-2016> B057-Birdie was rescued by Anima on 24th November 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that a bird was found unable to fly in Macau Polytechnic Institute. Birdie was sent to a clinic for consultation. Birdie is able to fly according to the vet. Birdie was released after that! Thanks Ms. Gina! Fly free my friends! <06-11-2016> B053-Nion was rescued by Anima on 24th October 2016, after a call from Mr. Lam reporting that a pigeon fell into his shop in Av. do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida. Nion’s leg seemed injured. Nion was sent to a clinic and stayed in the clinic for observation until now. Nino has recovered and was released today! Fly free my friends! <17-10-2016> S015-Vordie, a snake was found on the tree beside Anima’s dog area on 17th October 2016 by our staff. Anima receives sometimes this kind of visitors and our job is to help them to return to a safety place. She was immediately put in the trail nearby Anima. Anima – October Abandonment in IACM (833-Blair)!

<06-10-2016> 832-Serina (F) and 833-Blair (F), together with 831-Sakura, 834-Anny, 835-Dina, 836-Bali, 837-Don and 838-Benson were rescued by Anima on 22nd June 2012, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that there were eight puppies in the airport that needed our help. Serina and Blair were adopted  on 15th July 2012. However, Serina was returned to Anima on 4th July 2013 and  the excuse of the adopter was he couldn’t take care of two dogs. Today Blair was abandoned in Macau Kennel. We tried to understand the reason, but the adopter was rude telling  us that this is not  our business. He is wrong! He didn't read the adoption form properly! Blair is staying in Macau Kennel now, she will be transferred to Coloane Kennel for adoption after spay. The dogs in Coloane kennel are under Anima staff management. All animals in Coloane Kennel have play times as this is a principle in Anima. No animal is...

<22-09-2016> B048-Piddo was rescued by Anima on 19th September 2016, after a call from Mr. Peter reporting that he found a pigeon that couldn’t fly in Jockey Club and Piddo’s right wing could not stretch out as well. B049-Bogot was rescued by Anima on 21st September 2016, after a call from Ms. Connie, our Treasurer, reporting that she found a bird that couldn’t fly in ARTM. Piddo and Bogot were sent to a clinic and stayed there for observation until now. They recovered  and were released today! Fly free my friends! Anima – September Foster Return (SPP1666-Tiko)!

< 21-09-2016> SPP1666-Tiko (M) was rescued by Anima in Coloane on 14th March 2016 as he was found breathing hard and vomiting. He was sent to a clinic for consultation immediately and he had to stay overnight there for observation. The first vet opinion shown he needed a surgery but could only do it after few days and he had possibilities of survive. A second vet opinion from other clinic referred that the success of a surgery was very limited and serious danger might occur during the surgery. Meanwhile, until the first vet was capable to do the surgery, Anima sent Tiko to a third clinic, talked directly to the major vet and the opinion was that his stomach was inside the chest, making him to have breathe difficulties. We didn’t wait and he had the surgery that time. If not he might not survive. He survived and he stays with us healthily...

August Return and Abandonment (C1219-Temple)!

<13-08-2016> C1219-Temple (M), on the time around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten, C1219-Temple, was found in a carton box at Calçada da Barra near A-Ma Temple. He was very weak, with hypothermia, couldn’t open the left eye, both eyes got yellowish discharge and a watery nasal discharge too. Temple was adopted on 12th August 2016. However, Temple was returned today as the adopter said he looked very strange and couldn’t get along with her cats. There is a probation period for all animals and adopters of 15 days! We want a perfect «marriage» between animal and owner!. Please adopt and never buy! An adoption is a serious decision!
