Anima – July Rescue and Return (SPP1700-Debbie)!

<21-07-2016> SPP1700-Debbie (F), around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 21st July 2016, after a call from Mr. Kwok. SPP1700-Debbie was under our Special Protection from 17th April, 2016. She lives somewhere in Coloane with four puppies (SPP1701-Darlin, SPP1702-Delina, SPP1703-Demi and SPP1704-Dorie) and Mr. Kwok is responsible for them in that area. SPP1700-Debbie was spayed today and returned to her place after the surgery. As she has a transmissible venereal tumor, she began to have treatment once a week. After finishing the treatment, if the tumor has reduced, she will have a surgery to remove it. Thanks Mr. Kwok! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – June Rescue and Return (S011-Greenie)

S011-Greenie, a bamboo snake entered in Anima and was rescued by our staff. Anima receives sometimes this kind of visitors and our job is to help them to return to a safety place. Last time was on 28 May 2016, when we received a visit from S010-Urian. She was immediately put in the mountain nearby like Greenie now. If you know animals in suffer or in risk, please call us! We may not guarantee to keep them but we will help the maximum we can! Anima – June abandonment in Anima (1674-Jasper)!

1674-Jasper was adopted on 10th April 2016 and abandoned now in Anima! 1671-Jacker, 1672-Joggi, 1673-Joseph, 1674-Japer, 1675-Jotty with the mother SPP1676-Josha were rescued by Anima on 13th March 2016, after a call from Ms. Cheng reporting that SPP1676-Josha, around four years old, under our Special Protection Program, with her five puppies, all around three weeks old, were found in a construction site somewhere in Coloane. According to Ms. Cheng, the place was dangerous for the dogs due to the bad weather and the living condition, so she asked us to help. Our rescue team went to the site and found the puppies hiding inside a huge pipe. The puppies were taken out from the pipe and the mother 1676-Josha was rescued as well. Jasper was adopted on 10th April and was now returned as the adopter refers that he is not clean at home! Animals must go out home for playtime...

SPP1406-Money (F), around 4.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 25th June 2016, after a call from the staff of one friendly association. She had a surgery and was put back in her place. Anima – June Return to Freedom (SQ002-Dale)!

SQ002-Dale was rescued by Anima on 19th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Sou reporting that a squirrel fell down from a tree and was not able to climb again. Mr. Sou sent Dale to a clinic immediately and Anima handled the situation up to now. Dale recovered and was now put free in an area where many squirrels live. Good luck my friend! Anima – Returned to Nature (B025, B026 and B027)!

B025-Eira (F), a young Peregrine Falcon, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 30th April 2016. As she was injured she was taken to a clinic and must stay there for a while! B026-Yali was rescued by Anima on 9th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a bird was was found unable to fly near the Motor Examination Center in Canal Dos Patos. B027-Goda was rescued by Anima on 13th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Chang reporting that a bird fell from the tree in NAPE and was not able to fly. All were released today by the clinic without our permit! They were supposed to be free anyway, but always with our permit! Fly free my friends! Anima – May Return and Abandonment (C821-Hogan)

C821-Hogan (M), with C822-Howar (M), on the time around six months old, were rescued by Anima on 24th October 2014 in Coloane> Their mother SPPC785-Jill was under our Special Protection Program from 22nd August 2014. Hogan was adopted on 13th January 2015. However, Hogan was returned today. Tha adopter informed that her landlord didn't allow her to have pets in the apartment. We disagree with her decision and consider this as an abandonment but we want the best for the cat. She should have fight for Hogan as any family should do! Please be a responsible owner! Anima – May Return and Abandonment (1636-Bliss)!

Bliss was adopted on 6th March 2016 and now returned to Anima by the adopter! 1636-Bliss was born with 1629-Keira, 1630-Kole, 1631-Kylee, 1632-Skye, 1633-Stammi, 1634-Sorrel and 1635-Bonzel by the mother 1620-Ibbie in Anima on 12th January 2016. 1620-Ibbie was rescued by Anima on 6th January 2016 after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that Ibbie was pregnant and living in a construction site in Coloane. He was returned now and the excuse from the adopter was that a member of the family had an allergy. We disagree but we have no option than save him! He was socialized with his family today, all of them still not yet adopted, the mother 1620-Ibbie, the sibling 1631-Kylee, 1633-Stammi and 1634-Sorrel. Please Adopt and Never buy! Anima – April Rescue and return (SPP1643-Toner)!

SPP1643-Toner (M) became our SPP dog since 27th January 2016 and he lived somewhere in Coloane under our responsibility. Toner stayed in Anima from 27th February due to tick fever. He recovered, received the first vaccination and was sterilized. Toner was released to his former place on 6th April. Our rescue team was going there every day to give food and we found him showed up in front of shelter few times. Today he came twice to Anima crossing all the mountain and the road from Ka-Ho village to Anima. As this is very dangerous we decided to keep him with us. He loved us and we love him!
