Anima – July Rescue and New SPP (SPP1760-Hac Mui III)!

<23-07-2016> SPP1760-Hac Mui III (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd July 2016, after a call from Ms. Chui reporting that a dog entered in the construction site of Ilha Verde since two months ago and she was found in heat. Hac Mui III was sent to a clinic for pregnancy ultrasound exam and the result showed negative. She is staying in clinic overnight and she will be spayed tomorrow. Thanks Ms. Chui! SPPC1226Elsa (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 28th June 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Her body was full of fleas. She was checked by our vet and dewormed. New Dogs under SPP (SPP1738 to SPP1745)!

Two female dogs, SPP1738-Ressie and SPP1739-Ria and a male dog, SPP1740-Reko, all around two years old, and five puppies, around 1.5 months old, SPP1741-Reva, SPP1742-Rilla, SPP1743-Rita, SPP1744-Ren, SPP1745-Renzo, all puppies from Ressie, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) after a call from Mrs. Catarina informing us of the situation of those puppies somewhere in Coloane. They are under Mr. Ieong's responsibility. Anima will support the neuter, provide food for all of them and the medical care if needed. Please help us to help them! Anima – June New Dog under SPP (SPP1735-Frida)!

SPP1735-Frida (F), around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that some dogs in Coloane needed to transfer to another place. According to Ms. Rebecca, there were eight dogs in the site, being Mr. Cheong the person responsible for them in that area. Ms. Rebecca found a place to keep all of them. SPP1731-Fay and SPP1732-Fern were caught on 30th May 2016. Today Frida was caught. She was neutered already. Mr. Cheong will keep trying to catch all of them and move them to that safety place. Anima – May Rescue and New SPP (SPP1731, SPP1732)!

SPP1731-Fay (F) and SPP1732-Fern (M), both around 1.5 years old, were rescued by Anima on 30th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that some dogs in Coloane needed to transfer to another place. Anima – May Rescue and New SPP (SPP1729-Hac Chiu)!

SPP1729-Hac Chiu (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 28th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that Hac Chiu was  getting skinny and his spirit and appetite were not good also in this morning. Hac Chiu is under our Special Protection Program now. He was sent to a clinic immediately for a  blood test. The report showed he has tick fever, severe anemia and high fever. Our dog 561-Brownie was sent to clinic in case Hac Chiu needs a blood transfusion. Both of them are staying in the clinic now. Thanks Ms. Peng! Never abandon your pets! SPPC1194-Glenda (F), around ten months old, with SPPC1195-Dessa (F), around two years old, were rescued by Anima through Michele on 18th May 2016, after a call  reporting that Glenda was found pregnant and Dessa needed to be de-sexed. Anima – May Rescue (SPPC1193-Paddy II)!

SPPC1193-Paddy II (M), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 17th May 2016, after a call from her reporting that his mouth smelled bad and seemed painful to eat dry food. He is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). We had to sedate to check him up as he was being grumpy when we touched his mouth. He got very reddish gums with tartar in the premolar and molar teeth. He needs dental scaling ASAP. The mandibular lymph nodes were swollen also. He had fleas all over his body.
