Rescue and Information about SPP Dog (SPP819-Gorgor)!

SPP819-Gorgor was rescued by Anima after a call from our volunteer responsible in the area reporting that Gorgor was bitten by other dogs somewhere in Coloane. Wounds in the size of a 10 cent coin was found above the left eye lid on his forehead, with other minor wounds. Our rescue team rescued him to Anima and our vet ran a surgery to stitch the wound. Gorgor was returned to the former place after the surgery with good condition. Gorgor became our SPP dog since 17th April 2012. We need more SPP volunteers! Never Abandon your pets! Anima – January SPP Return to Site (SPPC1075-Quint)!

1075-Quint was rescued on 19th November 2015 after a call from Michele reporting that Quint was sick. Quint had high fever. Quint was recovered and returned to its former place today. Anima – January SPP Return to Site (SPPC1079-Patton)!

SPPC1079-Patton was rescued on 27th November 2015 after a call from Michele reporting that SPP1079-Patton was sick. Michele, our volunteer of Anima and responsible for the SPP of cats, brought him to Anima. He had fever and both eyes were inflamed. SPP1079-Patton was recovered and neutered. Today, Patton was returned to the site and Michele is responsible for him. Thanks Michele! Anima – January SPP Return to the Site (SPP1250-Bongo)!

SPP1250-Bongo was rescued by Anima and sent to a clinic for surgery on 16th December after a call from Mr. Cheong reporting that Bongo was hit by a car. Bongo had been staying with us after returning from the clinic. His stitches were removed on 29th December and was castrated at the same day. Now Bongo is fully recovered and is returned to its former place. Mr. Cheong and his boss are responsible for taking care of Bongo. Good luck my friend! Never abandon your pets! Anima – December Rescue (SPPC1091 to SPPC1095)!

SPPC1091-Galina, SPPC1092-Gamila, SPPC1093-Gage, SPPC1094-Galen and SPPC1095-Galo were rescued by Anima after a call from Mrs. Lam. They are under our Special Protection Program now. They live somewhere in Macau and Mrs. Lam is responsible for them in that area. They were sent to a clinic for consultation and they have cat flu. They were returned to the place after the consultation and Mrs. Lam will give the medication for 7 days and will monitor the situation. Do not abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Return of dogs (SPP1588-Jacey and SPP1589-Jacoba)!

SPP1588-Jacey and SPP1589-Jacoba was rescued by Anima on 24th November 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng. They were put under our Special Protection Program. Jacey and Jacoba were taken to a clinic for observation and blood test as it seems they have eaten poison. They were anemic and after recovered and de-sexed returned today to their former place. Anima – SPP1578-Veni released today!

Please see her paw before and now after a surgery! SPP1578-Veni was released today after a surgery that amputated two fingers, severely destroyed by a bear trap. She can moves and walk perfectly well, otherwise will  be not released by Anima! She is not a friendly animal, a consequence of what happen to her! SPP1578-Veni, under our special protection program, was rescued by Anima on 14th November 2015, after several attempts for catching her. This was possible thanks to Dr. António Galvão support helping us in this rescue. We were trying to catch her from 9th November with no success! Veni was found in a casino construction site with a trap in the front right leg. Kaden, under our Special Protection Program, lives in a construction site of a casino at Cotai area and Mr. Yum is responsible for him. He has been de-sexed at our cost and returned to his place!
