Anima – November return to site (SPP1549-Siu Fa)!

SPP1549-Siu Fa was rescued by Anima on 17th October 2015, after a call from Mr. Lee reporting that Siu Fa, now a dog under our Special Protection Program, was bitten by other dogs in a construction site. She was sent to a clinic immediately for a small surgery! She was released today after being neutered! Good luck my friend! Never abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Anima – October Return (SPP1483-Dax)!

See how Dax is happy to go back even if he has been with us for few months! Freedom is very important! They are free and with big spaces for walk and play, space that we are not able to provide! SPP1483-Dax and SPP1484-Daxon enter in our Special Protection Program on 26th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that two puppies were found sick somewhere in Coloane. SPP1483-Dax and SPP1484-Daxon were sent to a clinic for observation. Today we released Dax in his former place and we will follow-up him. Meanwhile Daxon has been adopted! This is part of our Program (SPP)! Our space is limited. We are sorry not to be able to receive all animals that live in streets! Anima – October Return (SPP1550-Finbar)!

SPP1550-Finbar was rescued by Anima on 18th October 2015, after a call from Mr. Alex reporting that Finbar, now a dog under our Special Protection Program, living in a construction site, had an eye infection and was limping. Finbar was sent to a clinic for consultation and had to stay there overnight. He was  released today to his former place and will be medicated by Mr. Alex! Thanks Mr. Alex! October Return (SPP1476-Orson and SPP1477-Omar)!

A group of eight dogs, a mother and seven puppies, were included in our Special Protection Program on 14th June 2015: SPP1471-Oona (the mother of 7 puppies), SPP1472-Orla, SPP1473-Oriana, SPP1474-Oprah, SPP1475-Olga, SPP1476-Orson, SPP1477-Omar and SPP1478-Olly. They live somewhere in Coloane. Now Omar and Orson, rescued on the 7th and 8th October for neutering, returned to his place. We wish to them good luck! They are under the responsibility of Mr. Tai. Please help us to help them! If you know of animals in sites and you or someone are able to daily control them, please register them in Anima under our Special Protection Program (SPP). SPP1547-Ah Hong was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Tang reporting that SPP1547-Ah Wong had diarrhea with blood. Mr. Tang works in a friendly association that also supports Anima. Anima – October Rescue and Relocation (SPP1544-Pako)!

SPP1544-Pako was rescued by Anima after a call from Mrs. Peng reporting that Pako needed to be moved to another site as the people there was not friendly to him. As she was not familiar to Pako she asked our support. Anima rescue team was able to move him to the new area where he lives in better conditions. Please see the pictures, one in the old area with a lot of rubbish and the other in the new area surrounded by people. Pako is now under our Special Protection Program under the supervision of Mrs. Peng. Please help us controlling the colonies! Anima – September SPP1467-Brandon returned!

SPP1467-Brandon was rescued by Anima on 20th May 2015, after a call from Ms. Wu reporting that Brandon was hit by a car few days ago. As he can not afford to pay the vet bill, Anima helped. He was sent to a clinic for surgery and the cost was around 10,000 patacas, fully paid by Anima. He stayed in Anima up to now and was already capable to come back. Anima – September Return (SPPC974)!

SPPC974-Meggsie was accommodated in our shelter since 28th August 2015, as she was sick. She recovered and was returned to her place today under Michelle Supervision. The animals under the Special Protection Program are only those living outside Anima in streets or sites. What Anima can provide? Food, medication and the necessary welfare, within our financial capabilities. Who can be under this program? Animals that are daily followed-up by volunteers. A picture, name, gender and the place where he/she is living, is a condition for getting such status. Those volunteers have to be registered in Anima as so. Be a SPP volunteer! Please be active!
