Anima– May Rescue (SPPC1413-Lancelot)!

<19-05-2017> SPPC1413-Lancelot (M), with an estimated age of four years old, entered in our Special Protection Program when was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 1st February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. He was de-wormed and castrated by our vet on 1st February 2017 and then returned to his former place after medication prescribed. He was rescued again on 19th May 2017 and was brought to Anima for consultation as he was skinny. He is staying now in our room V6. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue and Return (SPP929-Lin)!

<18-05-2017> SPP929-Lin (F), around four years old, under our Special Protection Program (SPP) from 9th January 2014, was rescued by Anima again on 18th May 2017, as our rescue team found she had a wound in her face. She was brought to Anima for consultation and treatment. SPP929-Lin was returned to her place in Coloane after consultation. Anima is completely full! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue and Return (SPP1893-Mani)!

<13-05-2017> SPP1893-Mani (F), around six years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), was rescued by Anima on the 13th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Peng, informing that SPP1893-Mani was not eating well. SPP1893-Mani was brought to Anima for consultation. She did a blood test and the result showed she has tick fever. Medication was prescribed. SPP1893-Mani was returned to her site and Ms. Peng will be responsible for giving medication to her everyday. Anima is completely full! Thanks Ms. Peng! Please help us to help them! Anima–Rescued and Returned (SPP1711-Browny)!

<10-05-2017> SPP1711-Browny (F), with an estimated age of one year and four months old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 26th April 2016. Browny was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2016, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that she accidently hit Browny in a site of Coloane. Browny’s right hind leg was limping. She was sent to a clinic for a surgery in the same day. She had recovered and was returned to her former place. SPP1711-Browny was rescued again on 10th May 2017. Browny was checked by our vet, several tests were done but she has no tick fever. She has anemia and will be under Ms. Peng responsibility. Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Anima–May Rescue (SPP1878 and SPP1879)!

<08-05-2017> SPP1878-Bun (M) and SPP1879-Bon (M), around six months old, were rescued by Anima on the 8th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Gordan reporting that SPP1878-Bun and SPP1879-Bon, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), living somewhere in Coloane and under Mr. Gordan responsibility, were very sick and the symptoms seemed food poisoning. According to Mr. Gordan, one of the puppies has passed away last week in that area. SPP1878-Bun and SPP1879-Bon were brought to Anima for consultation. A blood test and a parvovirus test showed they have parvovirus. Medication was prescribed. They were returned to their place after consultation and our rescue team will be responsible to give the medication everyday. Thanks Mr. Gordan! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima – April Rescue (SPP819-Gorgor)!

<25-04-2017> SPP819-Gorgor was rescued by Anima on 25th April 2017, after a call from our President asking the rescue team to check the welfare of both Gor Gor and SPP1203-Mui Mui in the place where they live, their houses and bedding conditions. Gorgor became our SPP dog since 17th April 2012. Mui Mui was ok but SPP819-Gorgor had a red spot with hair loss on his hind legs. There was a minor scratch wound on the right thigh. He was brought to Anima and checked by our vet and his wound was cleaned and medicated. He returned to his place! We need SPP volunteers! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Return (SPPC1416-Barry)!

<17-04-2017> SPPC1416-Barry (M), with an estimated age of three months old, was under our Special Protection Program when was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2017, after a call Michele, reporting that her friend, Mr. Daniel, found a kitten near Ponte 16 the night before. Barry was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had diarrhea and upper respiratory tract infection. He was fostered temporarily by Michele as he needed medication. He was rescued again on 4th April 2017 as he was found with a swollen eye, conjunctivitis and corneal ulceration. He was staying in V6 under treatment and now went back home. Thanks Michele! <17-04-2017> SPPC1244-Jeff (M), around 3 months old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 27th July 2016, somewhere in Taipa. He was brought to Anima for body check and received his first vaccination. Michele was responsible for him in that area. SPPC1244-Jeff came again on 6th April 2017, brought by Michele, for consultation due to gingivitis. He was checked by out vet and was staying now in V8 for treatment. Now he went back to his place. <09-03-2017> SPP1863A-Norah (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd March 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that SPP1863A-Norah was the mother of three puppies and lived in a Coloane company under his responsibility. Anima–March Return (SPPC1416-Barry)!

<03-03-2017> SPPC1416-Barry (M), with an estimated age of three months old, under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2017, after a call from Michele, reporting that her friend, Mr. Daniel, found a kitten near Ponte 16 the night before.
